Working with the site developer and contractor, the design team provided a base building design of a 2,400sf (223sm) Tim Hortons. The exterior finishes for this north side location include manufactured stone veneer, fibre-cement siding, clear anodized curtain walls, and a TPO roof system. A dual-lane drive thru system, capable of receiving 22 cars, was provided within the site plan. 
The building is located on the southeast corner of the overall site and provides clear building exposure & branding for the adjacent roadways and residential housing nearby. The base building construction took approximately five months to complete.
