The design team reduced the original building footprint to include a 3,000sf office and 3,600sf warehouse space within a 1.8-acre site.

The administration area consists of six offices, a large boardroom, and a staff area and a 60ft x 60ft rear shop provides overhead door access.
​
The company colors were the inspiration to provide a clean and modern-looking exterior. The exterior finishes include metal wall cladding, aluminum curtain walls & PVC glazing, and an insulated flat roof SBS membrane system.
