LEGACY RIDGE MAINTENANCE DEPOT

The design team worked with both the City of Lethbridge and the contractor to provide a 3500 SF three bay vehicle storage facility as well as a meeting area and kitchen space. Staff washrooms were provided and exterior access public washrooms were included to add in the use of the adjacent City park.

The project was wood construction, while finishes were brick, aluminum glazing and metal wall & roof cladding. The roof lines at the shop space were staggered to provide interest and align with the design of the City park structures.
