KPMG is one of the largest accounting firms in the Lethbridge area, offering diverse services to meet the needs of their clients. Ian Moxon Architect Inc. collaborated with the KPMG Lethbridge office and KPMG Corporate, to establish a functional program that would meet their current and growing needs.

The Building was designed and constructed as a turnkey project with Sherwood Developments Inc. and Silver Ridge Construction (1999) Ltd., with a focus on construction budget and schedule.
​
The project was successfully turned over to Lethbridge KPMG in December 2020.
