Ian Moxon
Principal Architect
Ian Moxon was raised in England and achieved both his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Diploma of Architecture there. In 1991 he earned his UK Architect Qualifications from the Royal Institute of British Architects. He was involved in large scale architectural projects upwards of £30 million. These included the architectural design of residential developments, bars and restaurants, hotels, and several football stadiums in the UK. Ian and his wife Sue immigrated to Canada with their family in 2003, and settled in Lethbridge, Alberta.
Ian became a recognized Architect in Alberta through the Alberta Association of Architects in 2009 and is a registered member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. He opened Ian Moxon Architect in 2013. Ian continues to be involved in all aspects of building architectural design, procurement, and management. Using traditional forms of presentation and new technologies, he is able to convey and express his architectural passions with sensitivity and care. He excels at responding to the needs and requirements of his valued clients.
In 2019, Ian became a member of both the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC) and the Northwest Territories Association of Architects (NWTAA).
