College Ford Lincoln has been serving the Lethbridge Area for more than 50 years and has been a flagship dealership within Lethbridge.
Along with Southwest Design & Construction, Ian Moxon Architect Inc. has partnered with local Consulting firms to contribute to the new home of College Ford Lincoln.
The 40,000 SF design required close collaboration with Ford Canada, the Ford Corporate Design Criteria Document, and the Lincoln Boutique Design Criteria Document.
The building was a combination of a pre-engineered structure through Nucor Building Systems, Precast Wall Panels for the shop and Conventional Steel for the Sales/Office and Lincoln.
Future planning to accommodate additional EV chargers was part of the scope of work to ensure the building can accommodate the growing demand for Electric vehicles.
College Ford Lincoln’s new home is located on the west side of 43rd Avenue in Lethbridge, Alberta, and will remain the flagship dealership in Lethbridge.
