Working with the City of Lethbridge and its Canadian equipment supplier, design parameters were established to construct a 45,497 SF (4,227 SM) office, three bay loading dock with an elevated service space, and a 315ft long x 130ft wide x 40ft high warehouse facility.

The construction included two below slab pits, three elevated sort cabins and an office space which has staff offices, a lunch room, and barrier-free change rooms for both female and male.
